SPEL-READS TUTOR
SPEL-READS is a community service project developed at Spelman College in partnership with BookNook, to help bridge the reading gap for students in the West Atlanta community. Katelyn has been a tutor for this program since the fall of 2017 and has tutored students from the ages of 7-13.

S.H.I.N.E. GIRLZ
S.H.I.N.E. Girlz is a non-profit organization to developed to help young elementary and middle school girls with developing healthy relationships, personal awareness, and tools for getting a great education. Through the organization, Katelyn volunteers by planning weekly
lesson plans for the young girls as well as implementing learning topics for their course in the
program.

COLLEGE 102 PROGRAM
College 102 is a program based in Cleveland, Ohio, developed to encourage, mentor, and educate college-bound students in the Cleveland area about what they should know before attending college. Katelyn is a regular panelist for our organization and helps mentor students

SISTER'S TOGETHER AND REACHING
Sister's Together and Reaching (STAR) is a non-profit organization in the Baltimore Area that addresses the unfairness gaps in minority women, specifically those diagnosed with HIV. During her time at STAR, Katelyn volunteered as an HIV and Hepatitis C tester on our mobile van and tested citizens throughout the Baltimore area.
